A HUGE thank you to the @michelinguide for including us in this years California edition. Shocked, excited, honored, we had all the feelings this week. It was absolutely nuts this weekend, we apologize for any long wait times. A HUGE shoutout to our amazing team who did an incredible job and took care of business. Everyone was asked to work extra, come in early and work late and they all stepped up in a big way. Thank you Jasper, Malik, Addam, Jeff, Kelly, Megan, Alondra, Winston, and Leo. We are extremely fortunate to have this incredible team. Porcini’s on pizza and pasta this week, you should probably eat that. Maybe 1 more week of asparagus so make sure to eat that as well. Crazy blueberries in from the one and only Patricks Garden on the Tart. See you soon:)
